• Cancellations:

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund!  Please message me via the go imagine message center.

  Returns:

  All sales are final. Returns may be made if you contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item in its original packaging within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  We are not responsible for delays with the shipping carrier after the item leaves our studio.

• Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged UNLESS they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns for
