I may make horror-inspired art, but my customer care isn’t scary at all. If you ever have a question or concern, just reach out — I want you to feel as happy with your order as I felt making it.

Before You Order If you have any questions, please reach out — I’m always happy to help make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Shipping & Addresses Please double-check your mailing address before completing your order. I ship quickly, and can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order within 4 hours for a full refund.

• If your order is handmade and not yet started, I may be able to allow more time — just message me.

• Orders often ship quickly if in stock. If it ships before cancellation, you can refuse the package unopened and it will return to me at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days so I can make it right. I’ll reship or refund as appropriate.

If you change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Remember you can refuse it the day of delivery if you have not opened it!

Items must be returned in original condition to receive a full refund (loss in value may apply otherwise).

Sticker Orders Because stickers are small and delicate, returns are only accepted if they are unused and in original packaging. If stickers arrive damaged in the mail, I’ll gladly replace or refund them. Once a sticker has been opened or used, it cannot be returned.

Shipping Delays Once your order leaves my studio, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Tracking information will always be provided. While I can’t control delays, I’ll support you however I can if issues arise.

Color Disclaimer Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your device screen. Lighting and display differences can affect how colors appear.

Digital Downloads

• All digital sales are final (no returns, exchanges, or cancellations).

• If you have a technical issue (corruption, download error, etc.), contact me and I’ll help resolve it promptly.
